WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
If you purchase multiple items, we will occasionally ship them separately so that they can get to you as fast as possible. If your order is going to be delivered in multiple shipments and you are based in the United States or Europe, you will receive a tracking number for each product.
SHIPPING - UNITED STATES AND EUROPE
While we do our best to get our orders out as soon as possible, we quote a 2-5 day processing time for all made-to-order products (tees, sweatshirts, bags, artwork, mugs). During busy times of the year (Holidays, Mother's Day, etc), our processing times are on the latter end of this timeframe.
Once ready, apparel items usually arrive within 3-7 business days of shipping within the United States and Europe. Cosmetic bags usually arrive within 5-7 business days of shipping within the United States and within 1-2 weeks to Europe.
An email confirmation will be sent as soon as the item has been shipped. This will include a tracking number for your order.
SHIPPING - INTERNATIONAL
We also ship internationally, to everywhere in the world. Once the orders have been processed, shipping times will vary depending on location, time of year and local postal service. On average, packages should arrive in 1-2 weeks after fulfilment.
International packages may also be subject to customs, duties or other fees that are calculated by country. The customer is responsible for import taxes, carrier fees and customs declarations. International packages may be delayed by customs; unfortunately Anchor & Nest has no control over this.
Please also note that most international packages will be sent via First Class International Mail which does not include tracking or delivery confirmation.
CHANGES TO ORDERS
Please note that once an item has been ordered, we cannot make changes. Please double check your order before completing it.
All sales made are considered FINAL. Remember that it is your responsibility to ensure ordered items are correct and suitable prior to the placement of your purchase.
Damages to the merchandise while in transit, or defects in manufacturing are rare, but they can happen. If there is any damage, please take a picture and send it to firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of the package arriving. We will send a replacement right away. We strive to ensure that our customers are 100% happy with their products!
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please check with your local USPS if you believe your package has been lost or stolen. Packages that are lost by USPS will be replaced after 30 days of non-movement for domestic orders and 8 weeks for international. Please note that refunds are not issued on lost packages. Always contact us directly with any issue.
We do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if an item has arrived damaged or has a defect, we will send a replacement. If there is any damage, please take a picture and send it in to email@example.com within 48 hours of it arriving. We will send a replacement right away. We strive to ensure that our customers are 100% happy with their products!
We reserve the right to provide an exchange for goods damaged on arrival, and in some cases a refund for items that display evident and significant discrepancy from its advertisement in the description. To be eligible for an exchange, or refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Original packaging and proof of your purchase is required. If you are approved for a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, or alternative original method of payment. Please be patient as this process may take up to 7 days and is dependent on our payment processor and your credit card company. Please do not file a dispute with Paypal or Stripe as the internal investigation will delay the refund by at least 21 days for Paypal to review. Thank you.
DO YOU PROVIDE TRACKING INFORMATION?
All orders delivered within the United States and Europe will have full tracking information. You will receive a tracking number for your order via email.
Unfortunately, tracking is not available for international orders.
DO YOU EXPEDITE SHIPPING?
Unfortunately, at this time we do not currently offer faster shipping methods but please check back soon.
WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT? IS THE TRANSACTION SECURE?
We accept Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Your order details and payment information is encrypted and 100% secure. Your credit card information is never stored.
Within each item description we offer sizing recommendations. Please read the recommendations prior to ordering to avoid errors. On listings that contain measurements, please note that width is measured from pit to pit and length is measured from top of shoulder to bottom.
We have made several of our designs available in unisex sizes. Please note that women may want to order a size down for a more "snug fit" and their regular size for a more "boyfriend fit".
WHERE IS YOUR APPAREL SOURCED?
We have partnered with a socially aware company for the manufacturing of our tees and children's wear. Almost the entire manufacturing process takes place in America (designing, dyeing, cutting, printing).
All tee and children's wear production is 100% sweatshop-free and Platinum certified in Worldwide Responsible Accredited Production (WRAP). WRAP is a globally recognized, independent 3rd party certifying body whose mission is to promote ethical, humane and lawful conditions and practices in all manufacturing facilities. Companies accepted into the WRAP organization go through an extensive application process in which manufacturing facilities, working environments, and worker's rights are inspected and approved by the WRAP association. WRAP certifications are awarded based upon both internationally and nationally accepted humane workplace standards, local laws, and ethical manufacturing regulations.
Our manufacturer also focuses on energy reduction, water reduction and waste reduction within the manufacturing process, to meet eco-friendly guidelines.
We recommend washing our tees on the delicate cycle with cold water and tumbling dry on low. Shirts that are printed on 100% cotton tees may appear slightly faded after washing; in actuality this is the cotton fibers underneath the black ink that tend to stand up after being placed in the wash. If ironing is your jam, please do not do so over the ink.
Your information is solely used to process your order and will never be shared with other parties. Payments are processed securely. You will never be contacted with promotions or announcements unless you opt-in to email updates.

Due to the volume of orders we receive as well as the fact we prefer to ship same or next day, we do not offer gift wrap.
